This past January the Surf Expo rolled into town once again. This year was a bit different. I had a chance to design the course with Ryan O’Connor and Jack Moran. Our ideas didn’t come out exactly as planned, but the consensus was that it was the best Expo setup so far. Unfortunately, the dude from Kona set up the contest bogus, and Orlando didn’t even have a single shop competing in the contest HELD IN OUR OWN TOWN. Yeah, real wack. Also seeing as there was a huge contest going on, with hundreds of skateboarders flying over the course at all hours of the day, filming was at a minimum (unless I had opted to film dad cam from hella far away). Still left the expo with a solid quick clip for your viewing pleasure. Check Chris Blake, Jonny Scianneaux, Johan Stuckey, Ryan O’Connor, and Ian Rosenberg shred the course I spent hours of my life(that I will never get back) painting the beautiful color red.
